Discord Account Identifiers: Your unique Discord User ID and Guild ID.
Application Logs: Statistics regarding virtual flights, mileage points, and scheduling commands.
Session Data: Temporary, cryptographically signed tokens (JWT) provided by Discord OAuth2.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is exclusively utilized to maintain your personalized flight profiles, process server role adjustments via the Discord Bot, and compile active system dashboards. We do not sell, trade, or share data with external third parties.

3. Storage & Security

All processed values are securely hosted within isolated cloud databases protected by Row Level Security (RLS). Passwords or payment details are never processed or held in our environment.

4. Your Rights & Deletion Requests

You maintain full ownership of your data profiles. If you wish to wipe your stored flight profiles and user balances from our database, you can initiate an automatic removal request by contacting the system administrators via our Discord Operations Hub.
